Dr Frances Hill
Dr Frances Hill joined the board in September 2006.
Frances is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Management at Queen's University Belfast where she has been employed since 1983. Prior to this she was a Human Resources Manager in the engineering industry.
She holds a Doctor of Philosphy (PhD), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Arts with honours (BA (hons)). She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Member of the British Academy of Management, Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Associate Member of the British Psychological Society.
Frances was a member of the Steering Committee of the Northern Ireland Mother and Baby Appeal (NIMBA) for ten years.
