Gerry Faloona
Gerry Faloona has been the Chairman of the Board since 2009. Within this role he chairs all the sub-committiees in the Park and is acting Estates Manager.
Gerry has a diverse range of business experience covering 30 years including: senior management, territory management, training & development, business-to-business services, and the public sector. His specific experiences include; Local Government, the building trade, estate agency, financial services, the motor trade, the oil industry, warehousing, the electrical trade, retail, wholesale, international property, the entertainment business and public speaking.
Gerry is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and holds the institutes Diploma in Management Practices, the Continuous Professional Development Certificate and is a "Chartered Manager" (a mark of management distinction awarded through qualification by the CMI). Gerry currently sits on the regional forum of the Chartered Management Institute in Northern Ireland. He is associated with the Institute of Business Advisors carrying out work with them including talks and event hosting. He is a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and is an endorsed qualifications centre for them. In addition to offering qualifications through the ILM, he is a qualification centre for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH). Gerry is also an active member of the Federation of Small Businesses.
Gerry is an active voluntary worker carrying out works for a series of charities including: Age Concern, The National Trust, Marie Curie and several charities organised and fund raised by Alan (Plum) Tnydal and Pamela Ballantine of UTV fame. Gerry has been active in Group Motors Rallying a community based motorsport team for 23 years and has been involved in his local football club as a fundraiser, committee member, player and coach to youth teams for over 30 years.
