Tenant Rules
Tenant Guidelines
Licence Agreement
Tenants are required to sign a Tenancy Agreement.
Insurance
Tenants must arrange their own insurance cover. The building is insured by Townsend Enterprise Park for fire and special perils.
Deposit
Prior to moving in tenants are required to pay one months rent as a deposit.
Rent
Each office/workspace have different rates. All rent is collected by direct debit.
Security
Each unit/office is provided with an alarm system to protect the tenants property.
Rates
Rates are charged at the discretion of the Rates Office. Tenants are advised to enquire from the Rates office on whether rates will be charged for their type of business and if so, how much it will be.
Townsend Enterprise Park rules
- No smoking
- Free standing or open fires are not permitted in units
- All tenants must ensure their operation and methods of operation conform to relevant statutory regulations (Health & Safety at Work)
- Clients are responsible for the supply and maintenance of suitable and serviceable fire extinguishers within their units
- On vacating units tenants are responsible for leaving their units clean and dry.
- Internal partitions/alternations, electric wiring, plumbing etc. must conform to the various building control regulations
- Tenants are responsible for all internal repairs and to maintain fixtures
- Tenants are responsible for securing their premises.
